This is a sales job. You'll also do hands-on body sculpting treatments once we train you.

Pay

$25/hour base. That's guaranteed, whatever you sell.

Commission

A flat 10% on all supplement sales, plus 10% on sculpting packages when your clinic hits its monthly goal. This year our team has averaged $6.50/hour in commission on top of base, about $31.50/hour total. Top performers earn $10 to $15/hour in commission, or $35 to $40/hour total.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time. Clinics are typically open Monday to Friday, 8 to 6, and Saturday, 8 to 2.

Hiring now at Smokey Point (Marysville) and Burlington. We're also taking applicants for Bellingham, Lake Stevens, and Mill Creek. Tell us which ones you can work at.

What your day looks like

• Meet new clients for consultations. Find out what they want and why.
• Explain how the treatments work and what to realistically expect.
• Recommend the package that fits and ask for a decision.
• Handle "I need to think about it" honestly. No pressure tactics here.
• Call and text leads who haven't booked yet.
• Do Cryo Body Sculpting, EmBody, and Red Light Therapy treatments after you're trained and signed off.
• Keep client notes and records accurate.
• Clean and reset rooms and equipment between clients.

You're a fit if

• You've sold something and can tell us your numbers. Med spa packages, salon retail, memberships. Anything with a goal.
• You follow up without being reminded.
• You show up on time and own your mistakes.
• You like learning a protocol and doing it right every time.
• You want feedback and actually use it.

People who do well here usually come from med spa sales, beauty or wellness jobs where they sold, or esthetics school. We train you on every treatment.

Walk alongside clients on their weight loss journey through one-on-one weekly coaching. Help them reach goals they once thought were out of reach.

Same pay and benefits as our Body Sculpting Sales Consultants: $25/hour base plus 10% commission. Most of our coaches also work as body sculpting techs.

• Coach clients one-on-one in weekly in-person appointments and phone calls using our proven program
• Track progress, answer questions, and provide encouragement and education
• Record and organize client progress in our system
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions and maintain consistent inventory
