No. 30/10 Weight Loss for Life has closed. Its website is offline, its phone line is no longer answered, and its centers across the Puget Sound area are no longer serving clients. Some third-party listings still show old hours, but the company is not operating.
I prepaid 30/10 and they closed. Can I get my money back?
ShiftSetGo is a separate company and cannot refund money you paid to 30/10. To pursue a refund, contact your bank or credit card company about disputing the charge, and file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.
