Ingredients

  • 1 ShiftSetGo Creamy Chicken Soup Mix packet
  • ½ ShiftSetGo Cheese Soup/Dip Mix packet
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 TBSP egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • Dash of dill and garlic powders
  • ½ ShiftSetGo Cheese Soup/Dip Mix packet
  • 2 oz hot water

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix together all ingredients (leaving out hot water and one of the ½ packets of cheese dip).

    Spoon batter into 2 even balls and place on a lightly greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

    Lighly spray the back of spatula, use to pat down dough into matching circles about ¼" thick.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown and center bounces back when touched.

    Mix the other ½ of cheese dip packet with water.

  7. 7

    Pour over your hamburger patty or use as a dip for french fries (see tips below).

Tips

Cut a rutabaga or jicama into "french fries" and dip in cheese dip made above or Walden Farms Ketchup. Load up your lean meat patty with lots of extra veggies for a satisfyingly healthy burger! SSG notes 2 SSG meals ½ serving of protein
