Day 1:


Congratulations on recommitting to you! We applaud you for taking the steps to improve your health and reach your weight loss goal. Starting this journey can be overwhelming, and it is normal to feel this way. Don’t worry, that’s where we come in! We are here to make this week as uncomplicated as possible and support you on your journey.

Here are some tips to help you restart successfully:

1. Lean on us.
If you are confused or have a question, ask your coach for help.
2. Make yourself available when your coach calls you.
We will be calling you on your first day of the protocol. If you have any questions between now and then please
call, email, text, or even facebook message us!
3. Request to join our Facebook private support group for tips, recipes, suggestions, and motivation!
4. Never leave home without an extra Ready To Go Drink
Use the 6-pack of your freebie drinks, you can have 2 extra Shift meals per day this week.
5. Eat EVERYTHING that the Stage 1 sheet tells you!
Nothing more, nothing less.
6. Take a picture of your Stage 1 sheet with your phone.
Wherever you go, your Stage 1 sheet is with you.
7. Know that Stage 1 is temporary.
8. Stay off your scale!!!
Only use the scale in our office.

Shift Iced Coffee

1 ShiftSetGo Ready To Go Vanilla or Chocolate Drink
1 C of cooled coffee or 2 shots of espresso
Handful of ice
