Video submission hints & tips.

  • Your video should be at least 30 seconds, but no more than 3 minutes long.
  • Make sure you are in a well lit area, the sound is clear, and there is no background noise.
  • Keep the camera as steady as you can.
  • Acceptable video formats are AVI, MOV, MP4, and WMV
  • Title your video with your name.

If you’re having an issue uploading your video due to it being over the 250MB limit, please contact us so we can help you with an alternative way to get your video to us.

Weak or spotty internet connections can sometimes cause uploads to fail. Make sure you have a strong and stable connection before attempting to upload your video.

If your computer goes to sleep while uploading, it can often cause the upload to fail.

Some browsers are better able to handle large file uploads better than others. If your upload is unsuccessful, trying another browser may help.

These applications may cause issues with large file uploads. It may help to turn these off when uploading (remember to turn it back on!).
