Tuna Salad With Brown Bread

This quick and easy tuna salad recipe will be your weekday lunch savior! Pops of flavor from dill pickles and onion give this classic tuna salad a yummy nutritional boost and is ready in under 10 minutes!

4 oz Albacore tuna packed in spring water, drained
1 TBSP Primal Kitchen avocado oil mayonnaise
2 TBSP diced dill pickles
2 TBSP diced celery
2 TBSP diced red or green onion
Dash of sea salt, black pepper, and dried dill
1 packet ShiftSetGo Brown Bread


  1. In a small bowl combine the tuna, mayo, pickles, celery, onion and a dash of salt, pepper and dried dill. Stir to combine. 
  2. Spread tuna salad on the brown bread and serve. Optional: toast bread before topping with tuna salad, for an extra crunch! 

You can make an egg salad sandwich (use 2 hardboiled eggs) or 4 oz canned or shredded chicken. Add any desired seasonings that would complement your protein choice. Add fresh lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Sir Kensington Avocado Mayo is the other approved brand you may use.
