Simple Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice

This low-carb cilantro lime cauliflower rice takes just a handful of simple ingredients to produce a tasty, satisfying side dish in less than 15 minutes!

1 TBSP olive oil
2 cups frozen riced cauliflower
1 garlic clove, minced
Zest of ½ lime
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Fresh lime juice


  1. In a medium skillet, add olive oil in a circle to coat the pan evenly.
  2. Add cauliflower and garlic.
  3. Sauté until tender and starting to lightly brown.
  4. Add lime zest, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
  5. Serve warm.

Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice Tips
