Peanut Caramel Protein Balls
These quick-and-easy protein balls are the perfect sweet, energizing snack. With no added sugars, these are a convenient way to fuel your day!

Ingredients
1 ShiftSetGo Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake Mix
1 ShiftSetGo Peanut & Caramel Puffs (crushed)
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
3 TBSP water
1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a small plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake Mix, crushed Peanut & Caramel Puffs and cinnamon.
- Add the water and vanilla and stir until combined.
- Roll dough into 6 small balls of equal size, wetting your hands as needed to prevent sticking. Place each on the prepared plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
Tips
These freeze nicely! Freeze in an airtight container and thaw in the refrigerator before enjoying.
