I scream, you scream, we all scream for Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream! With warm summer days, and time spent at the pool or outside, this time of year just calls for ice cream. And when it comes to chocolate ice cream? Yes, please! This frozen treat satisfies those hankerings without all the sugar often added to the traditional ice creams you can find at your local grocery store. The cool mint pairs wonderfully with the deep chocolate flavor—perfection.

- Add all ingredients (except for the chocolate syrup) to a blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour into a small freezer-safe container and place in the freezer. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Line a small container with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate syrup in to coat the sides. Place in the freezer. When your ice cream is ready, take out the chocolate. Break up the frozen pieces and top your mint chocolate chip ice cream.
