Jicama Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients
4 C or 1 lb jicama cut into long fry sticks
1 TBSP olive oil
1 ShiftSetGo Vegetable Chili Mix (with 3 oz water)
1 ShiftSetGo Cheese Soup/Dip Mix
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Fill a small saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
- Boil jicama fries for 15 minutes and drain.
- Lay fries on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Toss jicama fries in olive oil with any desired seasonings.
- Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes until crispy. If using oven, bake for 30 minutes and then broil on low for an additional 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare ShiftSetGo Chili and Cheese Sauce according to the water listed under “What You Need” recipe section.
- Divide Jicama fries into 2 bowls and top with chili and cheese sauce.
Tip
Top with jalapenos and raw red onion. Add lean ground beef or pork to get your daily protein in.
