Easy Asian Marinade
There’s nothing better than a quick marinade to amp up the flavor of your dinnertime protein, with ingredients you always have on hand! Not only does this quick and easy Asian marinade quickly add a welcome zing to your meals, but it also comes in handy for meal prep. Whip this up, pour over your favorite protein, then cook it up the next day.

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP grated, fresh ginger
2 tsp olive oil
2 TBSP gluten-free tamari or low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 packet Stevia, or to taste
Instructions
- In a small glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, tamari, vinegar, and a pinch of Stevia. Shake well to combine. Add additional Stevia, if desired.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
