1 packet ShiftSetGo Nacho Cheese Crisps
1 ShiftSetGo Cream of Broccoli Soup Mix
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch sea salt
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 6 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the Nacho Cheese Crisps in a food processor and pulse until it becomes a fine powder. Place powder in a small bowl.
- To the bowl add the Broccoli Soup mix, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Add the egg whites, milk, and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. Divide dough equally between the 6 muffin cups. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Try with other flavors of crisps! Garnish the tops with green onion or chives!
