With these Asian Baked Chicken Tenders you can transform just a handful of ingredients into a flavorful Asian dish, and be in and out of the kitchen in 30 minutes!

3 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 TBSP raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp minced, fresh garlic
1 tsp minced, fresh ginger
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz boneless, skinless chicken tenders (or breast, cut into strips)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pancake syrup, vinegar, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Place each tender, evenly spaced, on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top of the tenders. Bake 15- 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sautéed non-starchy veggies.

To add serving of veggies to this meal, add 1 cup of cauliflower rice or broccoli as a side.
