Six Months of One-on-One Coaching
Our certified coaches are your accountability partners, cheerleaders, and guides. You’ll have weekly check-ins to celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure you’re consistently progressing toward your goal.
Your coach will also work with you one-on-one through your personal Mindset Shift. After taking our assessment you and your coach will work through your top mindset challenge to ensure there is a “shift” even after the weight is lost.

Your Food, Covered for Six Months
Take the guesswork out of meal planning with six months of delicious, pre-portioned meals tailored to help you burn fat while keeping you satisfied and energized. Shift50 includes all of your ShiftSetGo meals for the 24 weeks as well as your Daily Essential supplements. These will be shipped every 4 weeks.
